KH Loyalty Card Scheme - Terms and Conditions

The Scheme


  1. These terms and conditions are only applied to in store supermarket

  2. The Loyalty card account, card, coupons, vouchers and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of KH Oriental which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.

  3. All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.

  4. Members are only entitled to one Loyalty card account each. KH Oriental reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

  5. Members must register their personal details and keep KH Oriental informed of any changes. KH Oriental cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers incurred as a result of out-of-date details. Accounts with out-of-date details that have not been updated for two years will be removed and any points or vouchers will be forfeited.

  6. The Loyalty card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card and cannot be combined with other cards.

  7. Loyalty cards, coupons and vouchers remain the responsibility of the Loyalty Card member, as do any security details relating to the account. KH Oriental cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items.

  8. KH Oriental may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel member accounts, cards, coupons, vouchers and points, in whatever form, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme; any behaviour relating to Loyalty card or the KH Oriental that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

  9. Loyalty cards can only be used for purchases from KH Oriental in store shopping and partners who are part of the scheme.

  10. The scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Loyalty cards cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.

  11. Loyalty accounts, cards, coupons, points and vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.

  12. Your points and credits cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash.

  13. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.

  14. Members who do not collect any points for 2 years will be removed from the scheme and will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to re-join.

  15. Members may inherit the points and/or the points value of vouchers of a family member who has died by providing a written request informing us of the membership details of the deceased.


  1. Members will be notified if they have accumulated a combined total above the qualifying threshold when they check out. The current qualifying threshold is 200 points, which is equivalent to £5 redeemable vouchers.

  2. The value of Loyalty vouchers given by KH Oriental will be based on the number of points that a member has collected by the end of the last day of a collection period. Collection periods may vary.

  3. Points that cannot be converted into Loyalty vouchers because they are below the qualifying threshold or points that remain following conversion will be 'carried forward' as the starting balance(s) for the next collection period. 'Carried forward' points will expire after two years if the account has not been used within this period.

  4. Loyalty vouchers are valid for 2 months from date of issue and are accompanied by an expiry date, beyond which they cannot be used or reissued. Vouchers that are lost or mislaid may not be reissued.

  5. Vouchers can be used once at their face value when customer check out at in-store supermarket.

  6. Vouchers are the property of KH Oriental Group Limited and have no cash value. They are not for resale / publication and valid in the UK only. Defaced / copied vouchers will not be accepted. Valid for use only by the recipient, age restrictions apply.



  1. Customer must present their Loyalty card at the checkout in order to collect points for a transaction in store.

  2. To be awarded points, members must spend above a certain amount on qualifying products in a single transaction. Full details of how points are awarded can be found as below:

  • Collect Points with your Loyalty card

  • Collect 1 point for every £1 you spend in-store

  • Points add up to vouchers

We turn your points into vouchers to help you save on your weekly shopping. 200 points gets you a £5 voucher.

  1. KH Oriental is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.

  2. Points awarded at the time of the transaction or vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if KH Oriental determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error.

  3. Points have no value until converted into vouchers at the end of the collection period. The current conversion value of points is 1-point equals 0.025 penny.

  4. KH Oriental is under no obligation to award Loyalty points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.



The arrangements that apply if you wish to cancel your KH Loyalty card, please email, your access to the KH Loyalty Scheme will cease immediately. Please return the Loyalty card to 12 New Era Square Sheffield S2 4BF.



We may suspend or terminate your KH Loyalty card subscription immediately by notice if we consider that:

  • You breach these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law; or

  • You fraudulently use or misuse the benefits.

In either of the above circumstances, we will inform you of the termination of your subscription and you will not be entitled to receive a refund of any part of your, coupons, vouchers and points.


  1. Customers may be asked to produce proof of membership when redeeming their exclusive offer.

  2. KH Oriental does not hold any liability if partners amend their exclusive offer.

  3. KH Oriental does not accept any responsibility for the loss of reward partner vouchers between the member and Partner.

  4. KH Oriental shall not be liable for any goods or services provided by the Partner or any act or omission of the Partner, save as required by law.

  5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KH Oriental excludes any liability in relation to the rewards except were caused by KH Oriental negligence. English law applies.
